My experience with Amistee staff was great -- from setting up the appointment, to the reminder call, to letting me know they were on their way, to the actual cleaning process. When Heather called this morning to let me know the guys were on their way, she was very kind and thorough. Chad and Josh reviewed the process before they got started. Never having the ducts cleaned before, several times I went downstairs to observe. The guys were very knowledgeable in explaining the cleaning process, and patient with all my questions. Both Josh and Chad were very professional and a joy to have in my house. I'm glad I spent the money to have the ducts and dryer vent cleaned. AfterAmistee was timely and the technicians Chad and Jeff were very professional, friendly and very informative as to what they were doing. Since I had this done on one of the coldest days of the year they made sure I was staying warm by working on one side of my house. They did an awesome job and protected my floors and walls and wore shoe covers to protect my floors. After they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up and asked if I was satisfied with their job. They also cleaned the dryer vent and showed me the before and after pics of the cleaning. I highly recommend Amistee and if you can request Chad and Jeff do so!!!

The ladies at your office were not only sympathetic, they were able to get us in that day. Barry and Dan were very prompt and professional. They covered their feet before setting foot in my house, and laid down thick tarp on the carpeted stairways. They answered all my questions, explained thoroughly what they were going to do, and worked efficiently and with great care. The before-and-after pix are quite compelling. I am so glad I had this done and I appreciated their advice about how many years I can wait to do it again. They also cleaned out my dryer duct and said that, even though I have been regularly using a long brush, the vent was still a mess. AND, they were so considerate of my housebound elderly indoor cat. I absolutely highly recommend them to anyone considering this kind of work.

The two technicians that came to my house did an amazing job. My dryer vent extends behind a wall and is probably about 20 feet long but that did not pose a problem for this team. They went right to work and I could not believe the before and after photos.

Our duct work is now clean, and when they showed us the garbage bag of lint from our drier duct work, we knew how lucky we had been, that no fire had occurred. Thank you both, for a terrific job.
