I was very happy with my service from start to finish. When I called for pricing, the person I spoke to was very nice. They were able to get me an appointment within a couple days, which was a pleasant surprise. I was given a window of time to expect the service person. Rob showed up at the beginning of that window, which was nice. He communicated clearly what he would be doing. He was very kind and professional. The work done was great. The following day after service, the office contacted me to make sure everything went smoothly as well. From start to finish, I was very happy with the service I received.

Torrell and Isaiah with Amistee were wonderful! Torrell and Isaiah explained the whole process, and what they might find. They set up tarps to protect my floors and corner guards to protect my walls. They were thorough, and cleaned everything up when done. I love the before and after pics I received a few hours later. I will use them again.

Rob L. & Nick W. did a good and thorough job cleaning and sanitizing our home's air ducts. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get us scheduled for the upcoming Saturday. Rob informed us of the sanitizing option while onsite. He provided information on the product, answered our questions, and offered a coupon but never pressured us to purchase. We did opt to add on the sanitizing as we just moved into our house and the ducts had never been cleaned. The entire project took longer than the estimated time window however, I'm thankful they didn't rush through but instead took the time to do the job correctly. I received the follow-up email the same day which included before and after pictures of the ducts. Also, they did a great job sending appointment reminders and updating us on arrival times. Overall, a good experience.

Great experience , Rob and Nick did wonderful job on explaining what need to be done . I had my dryer vent plugged and also replaced dryer vent with correct one (builder made a mistake ) . I will recommend
