Highly recommend this company and technician Rob Sutton. I had been told I might need a complete dryer vent re-route by our home inspector when we moved in months ago, but Rob was honest that it wasn't bad and just needed a good cleaning. It's a sign that this is an honest company when they let you know that a cheaper option exists to solve the original problem you called about. Rob cleaned the dryer vent and also took the time to seal the vent with more tape to make sure airflow wasn't being lost (the sealing was done complimentary). Thanks, Amistee and Rob.

Five stars to Amistee. Firstly, they do all the basic things right. They come on time, when they said they would come. They got the job done in the time they said they would. The job cost was what the estimate was, with no last-minute add-ons or surprises. They took care to protect furniture and electronics, and they cleaned up after themselves. I had had attic ventilation and insulation issues for several years. Amistee was the only company who properly diagnosed the problem. They were able to find the cause of the issues, remove the old insulation, fix the vents and baffles, and then got me all set with new R-49 whole house insulation. It's been a month now since they did the work. For the first time in years, I'm not losing heat - the snow on the roof isn't melting. The house is much warmer. Since the air duct cleaning and sealing, there is much less dust, and I'm breathing better. Thanks to the whole staff who came and did the evaluation and gave me the treatment plan; to the office contacts who made sure everything was scheduled and who confirmed appointments and followed up; and to the hard-working guys who went up and down in my attic and basement for three days, working hard to make my house warmer and my air cleaner. Your efforts were definitely appreciated. 10/10 would recommend again!
