The technicians dispatched to my home (Derek P. and David J.) were absolute professionals. They were courteous, respectful and followed all COVID precautions. Derek and David did an excellent job and made us feel comfortable having workers in our home during a time of particular cautiousness. They explained every step of the process, cleaned up after the work and did a great job! I will hire them again if all of the technicians are just like Derek and David.
We hired this company to clean our vents. Prior to the cleaning our house was very dusty all the time, no matter how much we cleaned, vacuumed or mopped. The technician recommended sealing our ducts with a process called aeroseal. Best decision we ever made! Basically it’s a process that shoots a sealant into and closes any gaps in our ductwork. We look forward to all of the savings on our utility bills. Our technician Tyler Findly was friendly, clean, professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking to breath cleaner air, and save some money on utility bills!

Tyler F. and his teammate Colin arrived as scheduled and, following COVID protocols, began work to seal our 50+ year old ductwork with the Aeroseal product. They worked efficiently and thoroughly to correct and seal holes and gaps, one at least large enough for my daughter’s pet cat to climb into the duct through. Both techs were very good about keeping me updated on their progress and able to answer my questions regarding the advantages of the Aeroseal process. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of their work(including sweeping up random dust bunnies left behind by the earlier duct cleaning). We are looking forward to the duct sealing driving down the amount of time our furnace runs through the rest of the Winter. Very satisfied with the entire process.

We had Tyler and Matt from Amistee come out and seal our duct system with Aeroseal. When we moved back to Michigan in 2000, we were aware that the building standards here don't measure up to other regions of the country where we'd lived, and this project confirms it. After testing our heating/cooling ductwork Tyler and Matt determined that we had leaks in our duct system equivalent to a 116 square inch hole, losing heat in the winter and cold in the summer corresponding to 367 refrigerators full of air loss every hour. These guys were great. They were prepared for safe and social distanced service, tirelessly worked throughout the day, both with the installation equipment and by hand, with great consideration for us, our house and the duct system. I am especially thankful for their thoroughness and patience, in explaining everything -- every step of the way, along with answering our many questions while they worked. They came in, protected all of the items in our basement with drop cloths and plastic covers, were constantly monitoring during installation to make sure everything was going according to plan, and when the job was done, they dismantled everything and left it as if they'd never been there. And the results? They were physically noticeable immediately. Our upstairs has never had consistent heat/cool, but after the application of Aeroseal the difference was unmistakable and remarkable. We went from 611 CFM of leakage down to 25.4 CFM -- a negligible amount. At one point during the process I said to my wife that the decision to have this done, as recommended by the Inside/Outside Guys on WJR, may have been the best we've made in years. I would recommend the process to anyone and I also recommend Tyler and Matt as a great team to do the work. Before you replace all of the windows in your house at a price that rivals the original cost of your home, consider sealing the ducts. It's a lot more affordable! Thanks Amistee.
