Melvin and Steve were fantastic! Our home is not new and had never had the ducts cleaned before...it was a big job! They were thorough and stuck with it, even though it took longer than they expected. When I voiced concern over a smell I had noticed in recent weeks, they let me know about a sanitizing treatment they are able to offer, but didnt try to hard sell it. When I chose to go ahead, they even informed me of a coupon to reduce the cost. They were friendly, personable and professional. They took the time to teach us about the process, answer questions, protect our floors and walls and secure our cats. They were also extremely patient and good natured with our puppy and super talkative young son, who barely left their sides while they were here. From beginning to end, they were committed to our complete satisfaction. Never again will I consider another air duct cleaning company, regardless of cost. I am VERY impressed with this company. Every time I call, the people who answer the phone are friendly and informative. Every service worker has been on time, professional, and carefully explained their work to us. The insulation guys even swept my hall and stairs when they were done because they wanted to clean up the small mess they had made! Everything has been well worth the expense. We had our insulation installed yesterday (a 20 degree day in January) and the house feels warmer already.

What a great experience. They called before they came out, and they came on time, which is rare these days. Specialist Tyler and Michael were fantastic! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, they explained everything that is going to happen, answered my questions, were careful and respectful of our house, and left it in same condition it was when they came in. The cleaning was very thorough and efficient. The ducts are clean, I can both see and smell the difference. The company came recommended to me by another professional in the HVAC industry (Stan from BalancedComfort), and I can see why. Highly recommend them myself, and I will use them in the future.
