The arrived when they were scheduled to be at the home. They brought tarps and shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed in a timely manner and satisfactory.

I called Amistee when we weren't getting heat into several rooms in our new house. They came in a cleaned our ducts, then Aero-Seal to fill leaks throughout the duct work. What was cool was that they performed pressure tests before and after. We we're leaking close to 60% of our airflow before the fix. We're now leaking less than 3% of the airflow. Very noticeable in the rooms.

Anybody who builds a new home must include in their budget to have Amistee clean their ductwork and seal up any cracks with Aeroseal We had our home professionally cleaned and three weeks later everything was covered in dust. We were assured that the HVAC system was drywall free and all joints taped. We had a layer of drywall dust in every heat duct and a 21 percent loss of efficiency.The 4 workers who worked on the house were exceptional, on time and were careful with the interior of the house. This company is into customer service from the first call until 90 days after duct cleaning. They check in with me a day before the scheduled cleaning. An onsite supervisor checks in with me as the crew is at my house doing the cleaning to make sure I understand what they are doing and how. He was concerned the entire operation. Then the office has checked with me the day after to make sure I have no concerns. They guarantee their work for 90 days just in case something goes wrong with the furnace. Best of all they don't try to "up sell me" some other service which is more expensive. They did what I asked and they did it on time on the day that was scheduled. This company is the exception in todays market. You won't be disappointed if you choose Amistee Air Duct Cleaning.
