Really good professionals but one of the outlet cap was damaged during cleaning and they couldn't fix or replace it.

Within minutes of filling out the online form I received a text asking for some more details and moments later I had a quote. The appointment was then scheduled shortly after and for a date within the week. Questions before the appointment were answered promptly. Technicians arrived on time, were very professional and friendly and answered any and all questions before getting to work. The service was amazing! Before and after pics showed we were long overdue for this. The improvement in air quality in the house is off the charts! My son also loved the pics of the big vacuum truck! I highly recommend Amistee for their outstanding professionalism and quality of service. Thank you!!

Damion, Steven, Devon and Patrick came to my parents’ house. They were professional, on time, gave us updates as they worked, used covers over their boots and covered the floor where the tubing was. I would recommend the company.

They were very nice when I called to inquire about the service (which I feel alot of businesses are not due to staffing/workload recently). They did everything exactly as they said they would and gave an accurate quote and time frame and what to expect. Only slight complaint was the man who came to our home began to take pictures of my husband's collectibles without asking his permission to show a family member which we found odd. Will definitely use this service again when we need another clean out or if we have any issues with our HVAC.

I apologize for writing this review so late after our ducts were cleaned. I have to say that I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Brody expressed. He seemed too intelligent to be a duct cleaner. If I may suggest, he definitely deserves a merit award, promotion, a week of paid vacation, or something! I asked him how he knew so much about hvac, he told me he went to school to learn the trade. I know what school he went to and it is NOT cheap. It's a reputable school as well. I am all about treating employees as assets and I hope that he is treated as one because he is definitely marketable. Someone who is familiar w HVAC like I am (my brother in law is in that trade) will see Brody's potential (maybe like the Big 3 as they are always hiring for HVAC -the same as DTE), and offer him a deal. I just want those people who put pride into their jobs are recognized, and not with a paper certificate and a candy bar. Also, the young ladies I spoke with to set the appt and that followed up w me after the appt were VERY sweet. I wish we had more people customer service like them. But Brody shouldn't be cleaning ducts, he's too good of an instructor and mentor. He was training someone that came with him and Brody just seemed very passionate and patient while doing his job. Please do something nice for him. I promise, you don't want to lose him as an employee. But I just wanted to send this post as I finally had a moment and remembered.
