Within minutes of filling out the online form I received a text asking for some more details and moments later I had a quote. The appointment was then scheduled shortly after and for a date within the week. Questions before the appointment were answered promptly. Technicians arrived on time, were very professional and friendly and answered any and all questions before getting to work. The service was amazing! Before and after pics showed we were long overdue for this. The improvement in air quality in the house is off the charts! My son also loved the pics of the big vacuum truck! Amistee came to clean our ducts right on time during a huge blizzard. They put shoe covers over their shoes when entering and didn’t track anything in the house. They were quick and personable and the process took exactly the amount of time that they told me it would.

From start to finish Amistee was very professional. The order desk call me back within several hours and quoted me a cost. The scheduled morning I received a call to let me know the Amistee Team (Brendon B and Seth M) were on the way. They arrived on time, explained what their were going to do. The team did a very good job covering and protecting the flooring and walls for the vacuum tubing and air line’s required for the duct cleaning. Once completed they cleaned up everything and walked me through for the my approval . Both men were kind and very respectful. The whole experience was great and I will be using Amistee again for there other services.

All of the employees were very knowledgeable . They made some repairs to a couple of the air intake vents. They explained the entire process and showed pictures of before and after.
The guys were in time, professional and very Thorough. They did an excellent job and were careful to try to keep the house is sealed as possible and protected as possible.
They came out to clean our ducts and I couldn't be happier. They showed us pictures of before and after they were cleaned. We have a parrot and were concerned about the cleaning chemical they used bothering her but they explained it was all botanical cleaner so I was quite happy about that. We will use them again in the future.
