In the end, everything turned out well. When the duct work cleaning was performed, It was completely clean. A lot of stuff had been left in them on my 65 year old home. It looked like a lot of stuff looked like it was construction materials from 1955. When the painter arrived he inspected it with the camera and told me it needed to recleaned. 3 days later he returned with a vacuum truck and cleaned them using a camera. Then he applied the 1st coat of the sealer. Maybe a good idea to have the cleaners inspect the ducts after they clean them.

They came on time and discussed what they were going to do. They covered all areas with plastic in my basement to prevent unnecessarly dirt from getting on items. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to my friends. I also had my ducts sealed and I look forward to the increased comfort and performance of my heating and cooling system plus the savings i'll get on my energy bills.
We had a very good experience with Amistee. They communicated throughout the process, were on-time, did an efficient job when they arrived and were in and out in record time. I was impressed that a third person arrived at the end to test the outcome. I also like the fact that their service is inclusive. You pay one price, no matter how many vents you have. I just had my air ducts cleaned by Rob L and Caleb R, what a great experience!! These two were on time, friendly and funny. They did an outstanding job and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I am an HVAC technician myself and I tell all my customers to call amistee for air duct cleanings cause they do a dam good job!
The 2 guys that showed up were very polite, informative and did a great job. They were very thorough, wore masks and shoe covers. It took about 2 hours for them to clean all the vents and air ducts and we found out it has never been done before at our 36 year old house. After pictures showed how clean they got it too. The ducts look great. I recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thanks Amistee.
