Rob S. and Alex B. were outstanding. A rarity in todays service industry. They were right on time, started work the minute they stepped out of the truck. Worked great together and were always mindful of keeping us informed as to what they were doing. They had the cleanliness and protection of our home and furnishing at the top of their mind as they prepared to clean the ductwork and dryer vent. Both were very friendly and personable and it was as if we had known them for months. We enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Amistee and these gentlemen for any work needed.
Melvin and Derek were extremely professional, courteous and pleasant to be around. They were knowledgeable and frequently asked if we had any questions. We were particularly pleased that they pointed out the air duct disinfecting product. Once Melvin explained the product to us we were instantly sure we wanted it. We were impressed with the thoroughness and efficient way they went about their business. We would definitely recommend them to anyone with dirty ducts!

Melvin & Derek were professional and so kind! They did a great job and we will definitely be using them again for our HVAC needs. Our system is working much better now that it’s all cleaned out after we did construction in our home.

This review is specifically for Matt Snyder and Tyler Findley. These guys came out to my house yesterday to aeroseal my ducts. They arrived on time, were professional and polite, and explained the entire process in simple terms. The report they ran of the before and after air loss was unbelievable. The sealing resulted in a 99% reduction in air loss and it is felt, particularly upstairs where there wasn't much airflow prior to the sealing.
I have DTE Insight to capture real-time energy usage as well as a Smart Thermostat (Ecobee 3) w/ multiple sensors throughout the house, and the difference between today and the previous days is dramatic, in a positive way. The temperature throughout the house is more even than it's ever been and the energy usage from running the AC has dropped considerably, while keeping the house as cool as it needs to be in every room.
