Step 1: State of the Art Vacuum Truck
We want to provide you with clean air ducts and removing the dirt and dust is the first step. Our industry-specific,
giant vacuum trucks are amongst the most powerful equipment available for air duct cleaning.
Step 2: NADCA Trained Technicians
At Amistee, each service is completed by a NADCA certified crew to clean your air ducts. Our duct cleaning specialists are up to date with
all the latest processes and are equipped with the most effective cleaning tools in the industry.
Step 3: Home Protection
Any Amistee employee that enters your home will be wearing shoe covers. Work will not begin until all of the floors leading to the work area are covered in tarps and the corners of your home are protected.
This will eliminate any scratches or dirt on your floors or walls.
Step 4: Before and After Pictures
Seeing is believing with Amistee! We are proud of the work we do and that is why you will see stunning before and after pictures of your air ducts.
Step 5: Negative Air Pressure
By using some of the most powerful equipment in the air duct cleaning industry, we will create a negative pressure in your air ducts. The 8' suction hose will be attached to the supply (heat) and return (cold air) sides of your system.
This will allow us to pull all of the contaminants out of your air ducts and into our vacuum truck.
Step 6: Register Cleaning of Heat Side
Our technicians will clean each individual register (heat) in your home to provide you the most thorough cleaning as possible.
Each run is cleaned and air washed separately as large amounts of air are pulled into the truck.
Step 7: Register Cleaning of Return Side
After all of your heat registers are clean we will focus on your cold air returns. Each grill and the associated shaft will be cleaned
in all of the returns throughout your home.
Step 8: Main Trunk and Plenum Cleaning
Each and every trunk and plenum are cleaned on both the supply (heat) and return (cold air) side of your system. We will
introduce our special air scrubbing tools into the ductwork and remove any contaminants from the system.
Step 9: Furnace Cleaning
The air-side furnace cleaning process is completed by cleaning of the boot (ductwork drop), filter box, blower compartment,
control panels, and combustion chamber of your furnace.
Step 10: Cap and Plug Holes
Each access point that was made to insert our special air scrubbing tools will be capped or plugged with specially designed plastic plugs.
This will ensure that there will be no air loss from these points.
Step 11: Seal Vacuum Points and Clean
Your vacuum points will be patched up with new galvanized access panels, which may be used for future cleanings!
All floors in the work area will be swept clean.
Step 12: Breathe Clean Air
After everything is cleaned, your heating and cooling system will be turned back on
and you will be breathing cleaner, fresher air.

Barry and Jason did a wonderful job cleaning our air ducts and furnace after a kitchen fire we had a couple days ago. In fact, Amistee was so gracious to send someone out the same day I called, even though they technically were booked until the following week. Once I told them we couldn't turn the air on due to the fire extinguisher dust that was in the duct work and my severe allergies and asthma that were flaring up because of it, they immediately booked my home for that very afternoon. Barry was very respectful and thoughtful, as well. He helped me learn how to change my humidifier filter and advised me on some maintenance things I can be doing for my air system. Their high powered equipment (truck with negative pressure to suck out an elephant), thoroughness in cleaning all air ducts, vents, and furnace, along with the humidifier, as well as their kindness and the $30 coupon I found online make me

First off, they called to say they were actually going to be 15 minutes early! There was a lot of construction done here recently, so the ducts were exceptionally dirty and dusty. They're so clean now that they actually shine on the inside. The guys were here for almost 2 hours and they were professional and polite the whole time. Amistee Air Duct Cleaning and technician, Barry Stead, did a great job in very difficult circumstances. We are in the process of renovating a home we purchased and the previous owners had pets and had not cleaned the ducts. Add drywall dust, construction debris and other pollutants, and you have a very messy situation. Since the renovations are ongoing, Barry and Jeff had to avoid construction spots, cover and uncover vents, find vents that were hidden by stacked up furniture, etc. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Then they sent me before and after pictures of the ducts which showed the toxic conditions I was living in before they showed up and the very cool and clean condition that existed after the more than two hours they spent in

Devoinn and Josh were my service people. I received a timely phone call that they were on their way. They arrived timely and were very pleasant. They put on shoe covers so they wouldn't track dirt into my home. We had requested duct and dryer vent cleaning after doing some renovation.
