| Amistee was timely and the technicians Chad and Jeff were very professional, friendly and very informative as to what they were doing. Since I had this done on one of the coldest days of the year they made sure I was staying warm by working on one side of my house. They did an awesome job and protected my floors and walls and wore shoe covers to protect my floors. After they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up and asked if I was satisfied with their job. They also cleaned the dryer vent and showed me the before and after pics of the cleaning. I highly recommend Amistee and if you can request Chad and Jeff do so!!! |

They answered all my questions, explained thoroughly what they were going to do, and worked efficiently and with great care. The before-and-after pix are quite compelling. I am so glad I had this done and I appreciated their advice about how many years I can wait to do it again. They also cleaned out my dryer duct and said that, even though I have been regularly using a long brush, the vent was still a mess. AND, they were so considerate of my housebound elderly indoor cat.
