The reason I returned to Amistee for duck & vent cleaning is that the last time I used them, I did not have to change my filter for well over a year. It remained perfectly clean and had minimal dust accumulation on it. The technician this time, Barry, reviewed what was going to happen, how noisy it was going to be, etc. He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with their performance.

Amistee Air Duct Cleaning Service our home on April 9,2023 Barry Stead was our Cleaning Specialist. I must admit that we had a lot of mixed reservations about air duct cleaning in general due to the many different opinions that are in this space. Then we met Barry Stead, our cleaning specialist, and his assistant. Together they both radiated an abondance of knowledge and professionalism in the service they were about to perform. As customers they kept us informed of the entire process and even shared with us several situations, we were unaware of about our heating system. Alex and James came earlier than scheduled time with early enough contact. Also they explained enough for each step of they will perform the vent cleaning service today. And at the end of cleaning, shows the comparison between before and after cleaning to understand the status of vent for my house. If I need any vent cleaning or need to refer to someone, definitely I will recommend Amistee with Alex and James.

Everything from the customer service rep who provided a quote, scheduled my appointment and the techs (Jeremy D and Jalen B), who performed the work, was amazing! This was the first time I’ve ever had my ducts cleaned and I was surprised with how easy and fast it was. Jeremy D and Jalen B were nice, professional and very personable. Barry and Jalen arrived on time and went right to work. They explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and did an awesome job cleaning my furnace ducts. I already notice a difference in the amount of dust in my home! I would highly recommend Amistee Duct Cleaning!
