This is the third visit by Amistee Air Duct Cleaning. We have been clients for years in two different homes so we a loyal clients! We were eager to get our ducts cleaned prior to the installation of a new furnace and air conditioning units. It was good as we recently did a renovation of a primary bath and bedroom and it was messy messy - you should see the pictures; yucky, yucky. Steve and his assistant were polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. It was nice to get the work done sooner than later as we were placed on a cancellation list and they were able to get out faster than expected.
Update - Unfortunately the furnace stopped working (blower working, heat wasn’t) after the cleaning BUT without hesitation, on a Saturday, Jim was sent out and with a minor tweak everything was fixed and working properly. Very much appreciated!
I would like to THANK Jamonty and Martin for their time in educating me on getting my house ready for future cleaning. YES! I will be calling back to get the job done after I get what I need done first. I appreciate their honesty and how they handle my situation. Very impressed with this company overall and wish more were like them. Thanks to Steve S. for the initial quote and non pushy sales back in August of 2022 (which I couldn’t quite afford at the time) and then for the callback in October 2022 letting me know of a good Consumers Energy rebate which caused me to move forward with this process. Ryan and Martin were awesome with the Aeroseal installation but so was the rest of the team (sorry but I can’t remember the names of the other two members) with the duct cleaning. They were prompt at arrival time and very clean throughout the entire process explaining everything to me along the way. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend both the duct cleaning and the Aeroseal services and the Amistee company of Novi, MI as well. We have already noticed an air movement difference in the house due to these services.
Incredible service. Patrick and Josh were not only on time, but early, and they made sure to let us know they were on their way and showed up as expected. Patrick walked me through the entire process, and answered all of my questions; both gentlemen were Very personable, professional and detailed. The cost we were quoted was what we paid, even after adding on the sanitizing! Thank you for making this an easy process, we will absolutely continue to use Amistee! THANK YOU!
