We moved into our new home and needed our HVAC ducts and vents cleaned due to renovations in the home and neglect from prior owners. Tony and Damien were excellent as soon as they arrived. Polite, professional, and explained to me exactly and simply, what their plan was for cleaning the ducts. After cleaning our HVAC system, they ran me through where they had sealed everything up and where they sealed possible air leaks the previous owner may have neglected. I would highly recommend using them, and we are already looking into using their other services offered.

I own Hines Heating & Cooling, and have been recommending AMISTEE for the last 7 to 8 years or so. They sent Patrick and his helper out to my house and took very good care of my system, and I have followed behind them for years and seen their quality of work. They might be a bit more pricey than some of the other companies out there, but the value is found in the quality of the cleaning! If you're going to have your ducts cleaned, you may as well have it done properly!
Barry and crew arrived on time, and were perfectly professional and polite. They cleaned and inspected our vents and ducts, and located and removed the source of a chemical/off-gassing smell that has been coming from our vents since an addition was recently completed on our house. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. I recommend their service and will use them again.
I could not be more pleased than I am with the service I received from the Amistee crew. Barry (and his partner whose name I did not get) did outstanding work. They were extremely thorough, took pictures to immediately explain to me what was needed and what was done, very respectful of my home, explained things in language I could understand ... I could go on and on! Also cleaned the dryer vent which I am sure many people omit, but it is a necessity. When they were finished, they made sure everything was clean. I feel safer now knowing that my mechanicals will now run with cleaner air and better proficiency. Well done! I am very pleased and have certainly passed good reviews to my family and friends.
