The schedulers were nice and Steve G. and Steven were both very professional, considerate and thorough. Steve was thoughtful of our pets, explained what they would be doing and showed us where we may be losing air through our duct work. The before and after pictures were a great way to see exactly how much dust, dirt, dander, just all kinds of junk had gathered in our duct work. The duct work was actually shiny when cleaned. They worked hard for 3 hours straight and already I can notice that musty smell is gone, it was so worth having them come. We also had Rob come to clean our dryer duct and his pictures were equally amazing. The dryer duct was almost completely clogged, I really couldn't believe it. Rob was also very professional, considerate and thorough, answering all my questions. All 3 of these men are a great representation of a company that provides an excellent, much needed service. Our furnace and dryer will run more efficiently and we can all breathe easier now, literally and figuratively. Great job everyone, absolutely worth every penny!

I have used Dust Busters in the past and was very satisfied with the service. They merged recently but still have the same great service. I was very pleased with the service and my concerns were addressed. Looking forward to clean air and less dust!

The company had excellent, courteous, and professional technicians (Glenn and Marty). They explained everything they were going to do and showed before and after photos of the ducts. Everything was cleaned where they worked at the completion of the job. I would hire them again.
