The two gentlemen that did the work were very polite and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about these two men, they were truly wonderful. They explained what they were going to be doing and how it will be done. They showed me before and after pictures. Overall, everyone with this company was very nice and I am very pleased with work.

Rob came to our house on time to clean our dryer vent. He was extremely kind and professional. Also wore shoe covers and a face mask, which was highly appreciated. After doing a thorough inspection, he let us know the previous installation from 10+ years ago by the previous home owner had been done in a way that wasn’t up to code. He recommended replacing the current DIY job with metal piping. Instead of rescheduling, he did this right away and also cleaned the loose lint, the dryer filter, and the build up in the vent. He finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up when he was done. He also showed us before and after pictures - I was amazed. Rob answered all of our questions and helped us understand our vent maintenance. Will definitely call Amistee for future servicing!
