From the time of my call to schedule a appointment the staff was helpful and made the process simple and easy. The crew who came out for the cleaning was very professional and respectful of my home. The process was explained before the work began and they even found a few of my grand babies toys in the vent. Would definitely recommend them.

The 2 gentlemen who came to complete the job were timely, polite, efficient, and kind. They made extra efforts to reach out to my husband (who was away at work) to ensure he was aware of all their findings while here. They even documented everything with pictures!

I chose Amistee because of the outstanding reviews. I was not disappointed. The office let me know when the service men were on their way. They arrived on time! Barry and Wesley were very courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the results. When I use my furnace. . . it also has a very pleasant fragrance coming from the vents.(bonus) Thank you! Barry also gave me some very good advice on how to continue to maintain my furnace. He was VERY knowledgeable. He even helped me with my dryer vent :) They put everything back in place and cleaned up when they were finished. I too, highly recommend this company for their work and customer service!

1. Some vents cleaning work were missed. 2. Pickup truck exhaust pipe direction parked at drive way oriented to my landscape bushes. and 2 hours more long high temp heat from exhaust pipe heat made them died in yellow. 3. update : got prompt response and service for 1 and 2. From this experience, I can recommend this service for my friend.. I appreciate for prompt response.
