Very happy with the overall experience. Glenn and Steve showed up on time the day of cleaning, gave me a overview what it entails as it was our first time and kept me informed every step of the process. They both were thorough and happy to see no specks of dry wall dust.

Highly recommended. These folks are committed professionals. The team arrived promptly, ascertained the job, and did their work efficiently and as unobtrusively as possible. My wife asked to have our dryer vent cleaned (everyone, do this!), and was told after it was examined, it wasn’t needed, and would be an unnecessary expense. Hired them to clean our HVAC ducts and vents. They were on time and professional. Worked hard during the cleaning service and walked through pictures of the process at the end. Because they had to go through all the vents in every room, they did startle our cats. But I appreciate that they put up a zipper door cover so there was no danger of the them getting out of the house during the cleaning. Recommended.

The dryer vent, which exited out the roof of a two story house, was cleaned of a Robin’s nest, then that roof vent was replaced with a “bird proof” vent. Rob was professional…., he arrived timely, did his work efficiently in spite of having to deal with a steeply slanted roof, he sealed the new vent with roof taring material, he figured out a way to get the job done!! Documented his progress through all the steps of the repair, left everything cleaned up, no debris left behind. I would highly recommend Amistee for any dryer vent repair/clean out.
