Had our vents and ducts cleaned for the first time and we had the best experience! Brandon, Steven and Marty were exceptional and were very professional. On time and very polite. I am recommending their service to anyone who needs it and I couldn't have been more happier with everything!
Update: today I noticed Amistee cleaning a neighbor's unit in our condominium and called to follow up on duct cleaning I needed to add. STEPHANIE quickly reviewed the work already performed and still required for my unit. Immediately called dispatch and called me back to confirm completion of all work for today! This was all achieved in 3 minutes from the time I called her to the time we hung up from her callback!
I was very pleased with the vent cleaning, and was offered to have the dryer vent cleaned, the added expense was well worth it, as we had cleaned it last fall and thought it was pretty clean. Then Tony showed us what he had cleaned out of the dryer vent. We were quite surprised at how much lint was in the vent. I am glad we used amistee and will use them again for an annual dryer vent cleaning, and any other HVAC vent cleaning. Thank you!!
I'll confess that I called a duct-cleaning company--only to discover that my dryer is ductless! Foolish as I felt, the guy from Air Duct Cleaning Experts was wonderful; he is spotless the innards of my dryer and showed me how to take care of the various parts; I learned a lot about care and maintenance of the machine, which will help prevent a repeat performance of the catastrophic build-up of dryer lint I'd allowed to fester. Highly recommended company; extremely punctual, and reasonably priced. Thank you!

We called because we smelled something burning when we ran our dryer. They came out in 2 days and were extremely professional in their service. They had us back and running in no time. Had our ducts sealed using Aeroseal. In the summer upstairs bedrooms were too hot and had little airflow from the registers and the basement was freezing. I was skeptical that this would help but after Aeroseal the results were amazing. Plenty of air flow now and the house is much more even temperature basement to 2nd floor. I'd highly recommend this process if your house has temperature differences room to room.
One word of advice. This produce is a type of aerosol and leaves a thin film of sticky stuff on exposed surfaces. Before you have this done clear off tables and desks and put items in plastic bags. For example, my reading glasses were on my desk. Even though the Amistee folks covered the desk with plastic sheeting the reading glasses had a thin layer of goo on them that was difficult to remove. Not a big deal but plan on cleaning all exposed surfaces like counter tops, cabinet drawer edges, etc when the work is done.
Overall, results are well worth the cost and I have no regrets. I expect lower energy bills.
Adrian and James were fantastic! They were pleasant and did an awesome job. My wife and I were working from and were respectful when they needed to clean in our office areas.
