Their communications were clear and helpful. I was not able to be there during the work, but I had the chance through out housekeeper who was there to talk on the phone with their technician. They had the HVAC filter replacement needed on their truck. The before and after photos were helpful, too. I only wish I had had the technician's number so that I could have spoken to him a bit more about their service. Overall I was pleased with their work. I like that the deodorizing and sanitizing product is naturally based on essential oils.

I was hesitant at first about spending 500 bucks, but afterward seeing all they did to ensure my home was clean, dust and debri free I was happy. The workers were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They showed me some of the stuff they were getting out my vents, it's was a amazing experience.

Rick was Very friendly and informative. He gave me an itemized list of what he was recommending as well as other options I could have done. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed into getting any of the services. He made me feel very comfortable which I really appreciated. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. They did a great job! I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
