From start to finish Amistee was very professional. The order desk call me back within several hours and quoted me a cost. The scheduled morning I received a call to let me know the Amistee Team (Brendon B and Seth M) were on the way. They arrived on time, explained what their were going to do. The team did a very good job covering and protecting the flooring and walls for the vacuum tubing and air line’s required for the duct cleaning. Once completed they cleaned up everything and walked me through for the my approval . Both men were kind and very respectful. The whole experience was great and I will be using Amistee again for there other services.

The web site was easy to use to schedule my appointment. The company gave me a heads up a few days before and told me what to expect and when the service team would arrive. The two gentlemen who cleaned our vents, were professional, friendly, took care doing their job and explained what they were doing. They did a very thorough job. I would recommend them. I am waiting for the photos of the before and after. Thanks

Amistee got me in easily, was prompt and did a good job cleaning and sanitizing the ducts and cleaning the dryer vent. I can tell the air is blowing harder/faster than it was before and the returns are cleaner than I could ever get then with the vacuum. The techs were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The only issue I had is my respiratory system was slightly bothered once the furnace started running again after they left. I assumed it was the sanitizing spray residue. I put 5 stars because I can’t do a half star - my wife and kids weren’t bothered, just me. I would open all the windows next time for a few hours with the furnace running to clear it out faster. I will definitely use them again!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! The two gentlemen were very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. Showed up on time and were very conscious about not ruining your house such as throwing corner guards by drywall or cabinets close to the floor. They wore shoe booties and laid down a rug for their equipment. Took about 2 hours or so. Went around the entire house all returns and floor vents. I would definitely recommend, feel free to use the coupon in the photos for a $30 discount.

A++ Experience. It took awhile to get an appointment but so glad we waited. From the first call until the job was complete - customer service was great. Thank you to Adrian L and Jack D for a job Very Well done! The process was explained to me prior to starting and I was shown a couple before/after pictures while they were here. Highly recommend!

I had filled out an on-line questionnaire for having our dryer vent cleaned and they responded quickly via text. They said they could come same day and arrived on time. They completed the job with no issues. Thank goodness, as our vent was totally clogged! I have nothing, but good things to say about Amistee! Thank you Amistee!
