Rob and Dallas were thorough, explained everything they would be doing before they did it. Wore nice clean shoe covers, covered our carpets with tarp, asked about the cats, showed us photos of before and after. They even (bosses look away at this point) told us that it would be cheaper to buy our own air filter.
The guy's did a great job. They protected all possible scratch dangers from their equipment. When the job was done they cleaned up their whole mess. Job well done guy's
I had a great experience with Amistee. My Wife's allergies were instantly gone after they cleaned out our ducts. I was a bit of a skeptic about the service, but I can absolutely see a difference. We have no pets, routinely change our furnace filters, and clean the house regularly, so I'm sure that this service would be even more dramatic to other people...especially people with pets. George and Devin were really friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Jacob and Mike did a thorough job cleaning my ducts. They were professional and courteous. (Unique guys) I felt they went above and beyond. I felt extremely comfortable with them in my home. Amistee did such an amazing job!! They were so pleasant to work with and got the job done very quickly. We had our air ducts cleaned and had an estimated arrival between 11:00am-1:00pm with the service taking about 3 hours. They came somewhere in between there (hate when services don't come until the last minute) and then were done before you know it, not even the full 3 hours! They even changed our air filter for us which was super nice. Would totally suggest Amistee to anyone!

The entire process from start to finish was profession and top notch. Yes, you pay a bit more for this company than you may with others, but you get the best service and highest quality work around. I appreciated the scheduling process, as well as the call from the office on the day of service to let me know the service techs were on their way. Tommy and Robert were great - telling me exactly what they were going to do from start to finish. They were efficient and made sure to tarp and wear shoe covers in every part of the house. The final product was exactly as expected - a very big difference from the dusty/dirty ducts that we had. The only issue we faced during service actually made me even more impressed with Amistee. About ten minutes from the work being done, the vacuum on the truck blew a valve or something and in addition to having to call for a new truck to replace the broken one, a pretty big area of our driveway had grease splattered on it. While the second truck was on its way, Tommy and Robert cleaned up what they could, but there was still a noticeable amount of grease on our driveway. When the supervisor arrived with another truck he came in, apologized and said that he would have someone out on Monday (it was Saturday) to powerwash and clean the driveway. Sure enough, when I got home Monday night the driveway was cleaned. Great company, will do business with them again.
