We had a great experience using Amistee. Beginning with an extremely pleasant person on the phone, and continuing with our service technician who came to do the job. They seemed to do a very thorough job, and took much more time than I was expecting (in a good way, going through each vent, etc.). I have suffered from fall allergies (mold, I believe) for years, and after they cleaned out the ducts and got rid of lots and lots of dust and mold, my allergies have been significantly better. Only a few weeks out from having this done, and I say it was well worth the money, and would definitely use them again.
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Rob and Ian, the two technicians who came and cleaned our ductwork. They arrived early, were friendly and informative, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. They stuck to the initial estimate and didn't push unnecessary additional services (which I appreciate). I will absolutely use Amistee Duct Cleaning in the future.
They were awesome! Jeff and his hand dandy partner did great! They were very considerate of keeping the house clean and everything in one piece! They did awesome with my ninja animals and helped to keep them in the house. They explained every step and the whole process. Donna was very nice on the phone. She was flexable with my schedule and also called me the day before to remind me of my appointment. She also called me when Barry & Tyler were on the way. Barry & Tyler were very professional. They wore shoe covers to keep my floor clean. Explained what they were doing and asked if I had any questions.
