Amistee did a nice job with my air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were punctual, clean and worked hard. One of my vents was disconnected, and the guy fixed it, no extra charge. They also changed the furnace filter for me. They do still have to come back for one last thing (replacing a broken dryer vent snout), but yes, I would definitely recommend them!

Steve and Chris exceeded our family’s expectations! They were on time, explained the process before starting and worked thoroughly and quickly. They even went above and beyond to help install a UV air sanitizer according to manufacturer’s instructions I had purchased separately. The service provided for air duct cleaning and sanitation was top notch and I would definitely recommend Amistee to anyone.
They called a couple days before to confirm appointment, gave a time window to arrive, gave me heads up when they were on their way. They arrived on time and explain what they were going to do and how much time it would take, then proceeded to do it smoothly. They also take cards which is a plus for me. Only downside is that they didn't think to cover or to move (or to tell me to move) a box with toys that was on my mostly empty basement and they're all full or dirt, no damage made thought.
Update: Client service is top, they gave us a call and apologize about the toy box issue and to ask if anything was damage (which wasn't the case so I don't really know but it seems like they were in a good disposition to fixtures anything) I would definitely be using their services again.

My experience with Amistee was incredible. The customer service rep was polite and knowledgeable and was able to schedule my appointment immediately. The three technicians that performed the duct cleaning were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. They thanked me multiple times for my military service! Amistee is a GREAT company!
