The two young men that came to clean our new home's HVAC ducts and vents were prompt in their arrival, courteous, friendly, and knew what they were doing. It may be our "new" home but the home was built in the '80s and likely hadn't had the ducts and vents cleaned since that time. I'm sure they were disgusting. I think they were going to send along some photos of the "end" waste they got from all the ducts ad the vents, but that never happened, which isn't a big deal. We'd still use Amistee in the future.

The whole process was very professional from making the appointment to having both services done. They came on time and explained how each process will be done. I had air ducts cleaned on a Thursday and on Saturday they came and had aeroseal my ductwork. Both services I had a call back and asked how my service was. Not many companies have such excellent customer service than Amistee.
