From start to finish it was a great experience. The first phone call, the lady was so nice and went out of her way to get us an appointment time as soon as possible. Rob was very nice and knowledgeable. Can to clean out the dryer vent system which apparently really needed it, since my dryer stopped drying and it’s no wonder why after he got in there to clean it. The ducts were 80% blocked and he even had to pull up a deck board since the vent comes out right where the deck is. Hard worker kind and very professional. Everything was done in a timely manner and done well! Happy customer. My neighbors even set up an appointment with Rob as well.

From the initial quote process online and in home, the entire team was on time, responsive and courteous. They did a great job cleaning and Aero sealing the air ducts and I also opted for the dryer vent cleaning and sanitizing of the air ducts. The second team kind of left in a hurry, loosely reinstalling the air vents and even missed one but I would not berate them for it as it took me just a minute to correct it. (Maybe have the two guys check each other’s work for quality control in the future). Overall, I would highly recommend Amistee and will likely continue to be a repeat customer. Our home feels and smells fresher now, wishing we would’ve done it sooner!
