UPDATE - Upon further investigation, seems like most of the vents are as clean as they can be, and old paint/etc. is what we see when peering into the vents, which make them look dirty/dusty. Amistee immediately contacted us to make things right, and we will be looking closely at all the registers/covers to see if any can be better. Amistee also offered to come out to clean anything that CAN be cleaned. You cannot ask for better customer service than that!
//////////Original review: We had Amistee do the duct clean and the dryer vent clean-out. They were very polite, punctual, and seemed to know what they were doing. A bit disappointed that the register and return covers are still so dusty on the visible areas inside each one - I figured with all the sucking and blowing happening, those would be clean when they left. I also ended up with a lot of bugs in the house as there was no door-block available to reduce the hot air and insects coming in during the approx. 3 hour clean. They were recommended by neighbors, and while seemingly higher priced than other duct cleaners, they do use the truck-mounted system which is better than just a handheld, and they clean down every register and return (unlike other vendors), and we would use them again.
Worked very intensely for several hours on an old house that wasn’t easy. Lead guy was friendly, clear, careful and informative.
Jake and Chris did a thorough job. Most impressive, Jake went out of his way to figure out why one of our vents had not been working since we bought the house 12 years ago when neither the home inspector or installers of our new furnace could do so. We now have pictures of the ductwork interior and what needs to be repaired. The customer service at the office was also wonderful.
Glenn and Patrick did a fantastic job. They explained everything that was going to be done. They were very professional and cleaned up nicely when they were done. We were shown the before and after pictures. Five star job!!

Amistee arrived on time for our appointment for duct cleaning. They worked efficiently and updated us several times as the work progressed. After they left, we had a minor problem with our furnace. They responded quickly and settled the issue to our satisfaction. I would recommend them for their responsiveness and professionalism.
